How to cancel your SmartHotel service

You can cancel your SmartHotel service by completing two steps. Notifying SmartHotel of your cancellation request, and then informing NightsBridge to cancel the connection to SmartHotel.

1. Contact SmartHotel

Please contact SmartHotel to notify them of your service cancellation request. They will take care of terminating their service for you.

2. Notify NightsBridge

Contact NightsBridge Support (via your preferred contact method) and request that your connection to SmartHotel be cancelled.
