You can search for a chat using either:
- The guest's name, or
- The 8-digit NightsBridge Booking ID.
- Open Guest Chat.
- Click on the search icon.
- Type in the guest's name or booking Id. In this example we will search using the guest's name to find the chat with Josh Peters.
- Guests which match the information you are typing will appear.
Click to open the chat.
