How to arrange your quick replies in Guest Chat

You can group the quick replies you use most often in Guest Chat into a Most Used list to make it easy to find the reply you are looking for.

  • Open Guest Chat.
  • Select the quick replies shortcut.

Click on the pencil icon to Edit the Quick Replies.

Click on the double lines of the reply you want to rearrange. In this example, we want to move the quick reply on the WiFi password.

Drag the reply to the position you'd like it in the list or into the Most Used section. In this example, we want to move the quick reply on the password into the Most Used category.

The quick reply will appear in its new position on the list.
