How to set up quick replies in Guest Chat

You can set up templates of quick replies in Guest Chat for responses you send frequently.

Go to Quick Replies

In an open chat, click on the Quick Replies button. 

Click on the Edit (pencil) icon.

Add your Quick Replies.

  1. Type in the response you want to add as a quick reply.
  2. Press Enter on your keyboard to add the new response to your list of quick replies.
  3. Click the tick to save your list of quick replies.

The new quick reply will show and be available to use when you reply to guests.
