Guest Chat allows guest to start chats with properties via WhatsApp or WebChat, an online chat option. You sign up for Guest Chat through the Links Manager.
Log into NightsBridge
Please look at our tutorial on how to log into NightsBridge if you need more information on how to do that.
Go to Links Manager
- Scroll down to the Integrations section.
- Click Integration Requests.
Request your link to Guest Chat
- Scroll through the list until you find Guest Chat.
- Read through the Conditions and Payment policy thoroughly.
- Tick the box I agree to all conditions and payment policy and request my link.
- Click Confirm.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the activation to be completed.
