How you are notified about unread messages on Guest Chat

We will notify you when a guest has messaged you in Guest Chat and you have not yet read the message.

WhatsApp Notification
  • If a guest has sent you a message within a chat and you have not read the message within 3 minutes of it being sent, we will send you a message on WhatsApp to let you know you have a pending message.
  • The cellphone number/s used will be the one entered in the Send booking SMS to: field in Step 1 of your NightsBridge setup.
  • Click Check to log into NightsBridge so you can open the message.

The number/s saved in Send booking SMS to: field must include your country code.  

Email Notification
  • If a guest has sent you a message within a chat and you have not read the message within 10 minutes of it being sent, we will send you an email to let you know you have a pending message.
  • Choose Click here to view to log into NightsBridge so you can open the message.
