Connecting your property to a major platform like Airbnb is an exciting step! NightsBridge works behind the scenes to keep your availability perfectly updated. Once your accounts are linked, you might notice that the way your calendar looks on Airbnb's website changes slightly.
Here is exactly what to expect when you log into Airbnb:
How your connection type changes your view
The layout of your Airbnb calendar depends entirely on the specific connection type you chose during your setup:
The Standard Connection:
If you chose this route, your listing will beautifully display a familiar, easy-to-read monthly calendar view, giving you quick access to your pricing, discounts, and availability at a glance.
Potential bookers will see this clean, welcoming view when they look at your listing.
The Rate Plan Connection:
If you use this advanced setup, your calendar will transform into a comprehensive grid view (very similar to what you might see on platforms like Booking.com or Expedia). This grid neatly displays all of your connected listings and specific rate plans in one place.
Potential bookers will be able to see up to two rate plans at a time when they check out your page.
A quick tip on multiple listings:
Because NightsBridge links directly to your main Airbnb host account, your new calendar view will automatically apply to all the listings on your account, even if some of those specific rooms aren't actively linked to NightsBridge!
A small note on your Rate Plans
If you are using the Rate Plan connection, you might spot some newly created rate plans in your grid that have your meal plan and NightsBridge property ID (BBID) written in brackets.
The golden rule here: Please leave these perfectly intact and do not delete them! NightsBridge cleverly uses these specific rate plans behind the scenes to seamlessly push your rates and availability updates directly to Airbnb. Keeping them untouched ensures your connection runs smoothly and securely.
