How do I update the listing status on Airbnb?

At certain times you may no longer wish to have a listing active on Airbnb.

Follow the steps in this tutorial to unlist, snooze, or permanently delete single or multiple listings.

You are only able to edit the listing status once you have stopped the synchronisation between Airbnb and NightsBridge. To find out how to do that read this tutorial.

Open your Airbnb Listings page

  • Go to the Airbnb website
  • Login to your account
  • Select Manage Listings from the drop down menu (top right corner)
  • Click on the Listings tab in the top menu (top of Listings page) to open your listings

Select the listing you want to edit

After the listings page opens:

  • Click on the Listing Name
  • This will bring up a new tab where you are able to edit your content.

Edit the Listing status

Once the listing edit page opens:

  • Scroll down to the Listing Status
  • Click the Edit button
  • Click on Change Status - you will then see the three options
  • Select the option you prefer

Snooze disables the listing for a specified time and re-lists after the date set.

Unlist disables the listing indefinitely.

Deactivate permanently deletes the listing. You may lose reviews, booking information, and listing information.

Update the listing status

Once you have selected one of the three options a series of pop-up confirmation boxes will appear.

Work your way through these to complete the update process.

Once the changes are made this is what it would look like
