To create approved Airbnb listings on behalf of a connected Airbnb host account, the information provided by NightsBridge has to meet a set of requirements as prescribed by Airbnb.
Since the initial NightsBridge set up may have been completed some time ago, this checklist will serve as a guide to ensure that the required information is provided to facilitate successful listing creations.
Please note that a NightsBridge Room Type can only be linked (mapped) to one Airbnb listing.
For each Room Type you wish to list on Airbnb, NightsBridge will create one Airbnb listing on the connected Airbnb host account.
Go to the Image Uploader and ensure that there is a minimum of five (5) property photos. If not, please upload photos to meet this requirement.
Go to the Image Uploader and ensure that there is a minimum of five (5) room type photos per Room Type. If not, please upload photos to meet this requirement.
Go to Room Types within the Setup Rooms section of your Rates & Rules (Setup) and ensure that each Room Type Name:
- is between 1 and 49 characters in length.
- does not contain more than five capitalized letters.
- does not contain special characters.
- does not contain an underscore ( _ ).
Go to Room Type Content and ensure the content meets the below requirements:
- Room type description
- Your room type description should not be more than 500 characters.
- Keep in mind that the overuse of capital letters my result system errors.
If required and not yet completed, use the below article to guide you through adding a cleaning fee and/or breakage deposit on NightsBridge.
Once complete and published, NightsBridge will send this information to the connected Airbnb listing(s).
- Airbnb has a predetermined set of currencies that they operate with.
- Your property needs to use one of these specified currencies for it to list with Airbnb.
