Co-hosting on Airbnb and what this means to NightsBridge

Airbnb only allows NightsBridge to connect to listings that were created by the host profile.

Airbnb does not allow NightsBridge to connect to co-hosted listings.

  • No. Airbnb only allows us to connect to listings via the host that created the listing. We are not allowed to connect to listings via the co-host
  • The purpose of the co-hosting option is to help Airbnb owners take care of their homes and guests. But settings on the host and permissions to change things, can only be done with the host that created the listing.

How do I know if a listing is co-hosted?

  • As a co-host, you would have been granted access from an owner account to see and manage their listing on your account.
  • At the bottom of the listing page on Airbnb, what a potential guest will see, it will show you the owner (host) of the listing and who is co-hosting the Airbnb listing.

What would the next step for the co-host be?

Unlist the specific listing on its main account and recreate it on the co-host account.

OR

Remove Nightsbridge as channel manager for the co-host account and map to the main host.
