This tutorial will show you how to add a Cleaning fee and Breakage fee on your Nightsbridge setup which we will then be able to update on your Airbnb listing.
On your Nightsbridge setup click on Step 4: Booking and Deposit policy
Scroll down to Cleaning/Breakage Deposits (for apartments) and click on the + to expand
- A security deposit (Breakage deposit) held by Airbnb and refunded to the guest unless you make claim within 48 hours after guest checkout. Minimum=100 USD, maximum = 5000 USD. (Please convert the currency if the property is not using USD).
- The cleaning fee must be at least USD $5 and can be at most USD $600 + 25% nightly price. (Please convert the currency if the property is not using USD)
Enter the amounts that you would like charge and click on save
- Depending on the amount of rooms that you have you will have an option to apply the rate that you are capturing and apply it to all your rooms.
- As soon as you have entered the rates for the Cleaning fee and the breakage deposit you will need to click on Save and publish on the main menu.
Click on "publish"
