How to set NightsBridge as my channel manager on Airbnb

The following tutorial will guide you through authorising NightsBridge as your channel manager on Airbnb.

Go to Owner's Login on www.nightsbridge.com

Click on Owner's Login on the top-right of the NightsBridge website.

Enter your BBID and Password.

Select Request Airbnb

Click on the Links tab and then select Request Airbnb .

If you do not see this option, contact us to activate this for you.

Request the authorisation

Thoroughly read through the instructions.

Once happy, tick the link request checkbox at the bottom of the page and confirm.

After clicking the Confirm button, you will be redirected to Airbnb's website.

NOTE: Your browser may block pop-ups as the page will open on a new tab. Allow these for the current session.
(Pop-up settings are browser-specific, so if you are not sure how to edit these try a Google search for help.)

Log In/Sign Up To Complete Authorisation

Either Create a new Airbnb profile (if you do not currently have one), or login.

If you already have an Airbnb profile make sure that you are logged into the main Host Account. We can only connect to listings on the listing admin profile. We can not link to a Co-Host Account.

Once logged on, accept the Terms and Conditions and allow permissions, the authorisation will then be complete and you will be redirected back to your NightsBridge Owner's Login.

To see if the process worked successfully, hover over Links (on your Owner's Login) then click Request Airbnb again.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to where you requested the link, it should look like the below.

The following reasons are why you would not be able to set NightsBridge as the channel manager.

Create your Profile

When doing the authorisation process and you come across the above step. This means you need to complete your profile.

Complete the three steps:

  1. Add a profile photo
  2. Verify your number
  3. Verify email address

Once you will be able to continue setting NightsBridge as the channel manager.

Invalid Application ID undefined

If you get the above error when trying to connect NightsBridge as the channel manager, you either have a channel manager already set or the request to set NightsBridge as the channel manager has gone through already. Remember this should only be requested once.

To check if you have a connected app, make sure you're logged into your Airbnb account and click here

Linked to the incorrect Airbnb host account

If you have completed the above steps and linked the incorrect Airbnb host account to NightsBridge you would need to remove NightsBridge as the channel manager and follow the steps with setting the channel manager again. This time make sure that you are now logged into the correct host account.
