How do I stop the synchronisation on Airbnb?

If you no longer wish to have a room type linked between NightsBridge and Airbnb you will need to stop the sync on your Airbnb host account.

Follow the steps in this tutorial to disconnect (stop syncing) single or multiple listings.

Disconnected listings will remain active on Airbnb, but won’t update Rates and Availability from NightsBridge anymore. This change cannot be reversed on Airbnb. If you wish to reconnect the listing you would need to contact NightsBridge.

Open your Airbnb Listings page

  • Go to the Airbnb website
  • Login to your account
  • Select Manage Listings from the drop down menu (top right corner)
  • Click on the Listings tab in the top menu (top of Listings page) to open your listings

Select the listing you want to disconnect

After the listings page opens:

  • Click on the tick-box on the left-hand side of a listing or listings that you wish to disconnect (you can only disconnect listings that show 'Connected' as their Sync status)
  • Click on the Edit selected button (top right)

This will bring up a new tab at the side of the screen to Edit listing.

Disconnect the listing and save the changes

Within the Edit Listing tab:

  • Scroll down and click on Sync settings
  • Select the Disconnect option
  • Click Save
  • Click on Back
  • Click on Done
  • Reload your web browser to refresh the page

You should now see the sync status Connected has now disappeared.

Updating listings on Airbnb

Once you have stopped the synchronisation of a listing you can further update the listing's status on Aribnb. To find out how to do this read this tutorial.
