The guests can start a chat with you in Guest Chat and decides if they want to communicate via WhatsApp or WebChat. You can then reply to the message.
As a property, you cannot initiate a chat.

- Click on Open Guest Chat icon from the main menu.
- Select a Guest.
The chat will open.
- Type your reply.
- Click to Send your message.
