You can process a payment as a manual transaction on NightsBridge via PayBridge.
This feature could be used when you've received credit card details from the guest or when the guest is physically present to settle their account.
Whether you use PayBridge or another payment gateway, the same process is followed.
If you have no payment gateway linked to NightsBridge, please note that this process will only capture and store the card details within NightsBridge.
You will still need to find the credit card details of this guest and process the transaction using your card machine.
Search for the booking
On the blue menu bar on the left-hand side of your screen, there is a search option to find a NightsBridge booking using the booking ID.
This search will take you to the Booking & Payment Status of the booking.
You can search for our tutorial called 'How to search for a booking using the NightsBridge booking ID' if you need additional guidance.
Generate a credit card link
Click 'View Credit Card Link' under the 'Payment Transactions' section of the Booking & Payment Status page.
3D Secure
You will be asked if you want to create the credit card link with 3D Secure enabled.
- If you select Yes, the credit card link will then create a 3D Secure link. With this link, the guest will need to enter an one time pin from their bank to confirm the payment.
We always recommend that you always make use of the 3D secure option.
- If you select No, this extra authentication step will not happen. If you have a level of trust established with the guest and they are the cardholder, you may choose this option.
For non-3D Secure transactions, it is essential to collect the necessary documents. This is the signed PayBridge transaction slip and copy of the cardholder's ID/Passport/Drivers license.

- Click 'Open' to open the payment link.
- Enter the guest's credit card details.
- Click to 'Continue'.
You will be redirected to authorise the payment via 3D secure.

- Enter the pin that your guest receives from their bank.
Receive notification of the successful payment
- Confirmation of the successful payment will display.
- Confirmation of the successful payment will also be sent via SMS and email.
- Click 'Copy' to copy the payment link.
A notification message will confirm that the link has been copied.
- Paste the payment link in an email or SMS.
- Send the payment link to your guest.
What do you want to do with the Payment Link?
- Click 'Open' to open the payment link.
- Enter the guest's credit card details.
- Click to 'Continue'.
Receive notification of the successful payment
- Confirmation of the successful payment will appear on your web page.
- Confirmation of the successful payment will also be sent via SMS and email.
Ensure that the cardholder signs the PayBridge transaction notification and you take a copy of the cardholder's ID/Passport/Drivers license.
These serve as proof that the guest agreed to the deduction on their card.
- Click 'Copy' to copy the payment link.
A notification message will confirm that the link has been copied.
- Paste the payment link in an email or SMS and send to your guest.
You will receive the PayBridge transaction notification via email once the guest completes the payment on the link.
For non-3D secure transactions, it is imperative to collect the necessary documents.
This is the signed PayBridge transaction slip and copy of the cardholder's ID/Passport/Drivers license.
