How do I update my bank details?

A step-by-step guide on how to change the banking details of the account that PayBridge will deposit money into.

Open the NightsBridge Setup program.

Click on Step 4: Deposit & Booking Policy.

You will see the Payment Info window and it will show you the deposit policy settings and your cancellation policy.

Scroll down to find the Bank Details section.

You'll need to request a one time pin in order to view the bank details as this is sensitive information. Select either "Send by Email" or "Send by SMS" and click on Generate Code. Once you've received the one time pin, enter this in the Security Code section and click Submit.

Update the account details.

If you have a different bank account for EFT payments then you'll update those account details in this section (if you have the same account for both payment methods then just click on "copy banking details").

 

Click on Save and Publish your changes on the main menu.

You will also receive an SMS to your phone as part of an security step to let you know when any changes are made to the bank details.
