NightsBridge is able to automatically process any of your Virtual Cards on the activation date of the card. This feature helps you save on admin time so that you do not have to remember to manually process the Virtual Card and all the channel rules relating to when and how you can take the money.
Go to Payment settings
From Home, under the heading My Property / Business, click Property / Business Info and then click the Payment Settings button. Follow this tutorial to learn more the Payment Settings.
Opt-in to Virtual Cards
- Under Payment settings, toggle the option that says 'No' to 'Yes' next to Virtual Cards.
- Click Save.
As soon as you have opted-in all payments will be processed on the correct day for the correct amount.
Once you have opted in and saved the 'Virtual Cards' settings, you will notice the virtual card tick box is greyed out.
