What to do if you receive a chargeback for a guest's accommodation

A chargeback happens once a transaction has been successfully disputed by the card-holder's bank.  The card-holders bank charges back or reverses a credit card transaction

Please look at our tutorial on what happens when a guest raises a dispute for their accommodation to find out more information if you need it.

  • When the card-holder's bank charges back or reverses a credit card transaction, the money is taken out of NightsBridge’s bank account immediately, because we are acting as your merchant.
  • We will send you an email to let you know that the dispute has turned into a chargeback.
  • We will ask you to refund the chargeback amount or if we can do an adjustment against your future PayBridge transactions.

We are happy to make this refund as easy as possible for you.
