When you want to view a list of credit card transactions, the Payments page shows you every payment processed by your connected payment gateway. Whether you use NightsBridge Pay or an alternative payment gateway, we designed the Payments & Invoices section to give you a clear view of your guest payments. We guide you through finding your monthly transaction lists and understanding your payment statuses so you always know your business finances are perfectly tracked.
Finding Your Way to the Payments Page
Getting to your financial records is simple. Start on your Home screen and click the 'Payments & Invoices' tile, or open the Main Menu and select 'Payments'. Once you reach the Transactions page, we automatically show you a clear list of credit card transactions grouped by month, defaulting to the current month.
Exploring Past Payments
Finding specific past payments feels lighter when you use our simple drop-down tools. To view transactions for a different month, click the 'Select Month' drop-down menu to reveal additional months, and click the exact month you need. The transaction list will automatically update to display all the guest transactions for your chosen time period.
Understanding Your Payment Display
The information we display depends entirely on the system you use to process payments. If you use an alternative payment gateway instead of NightsBridge Pay, certain specific payment statuses might not appear on your screen. Because alternative gateways process the money differently, the system cannot provide the exact payment 'Status'. However, you will never have to guess if a payment worked, because the column labelled 'Success?' will always display either 'Success' or 'Denied'.
