You can quickly search for a booking, using the NightsBridge booking ID (NB-Booking ID), with the search bar in the navigation menu on the far-left side of your screen.
Log in to NightsBridge
Please look at our tutorial on how to log into NightsBridge if you need more information on how to do that.
Search for the booking
Click on the search (magnifying glass) icon in the blue navigation menu on the left.
The navigation menu will expand to show you the search bar.
- Enter the 8-digit NB-Booking ID number for the booking in the search bar.
- Click Go.
The Bookings and Payment status page for the booking will be opened.
