Once you have confirmed a booking and the deposit has been paid, you can send an online guest registration form to your guest. When the form is complete, the guest profile on your system will be updated with the information.
How many registration forms do you need to send?
- You will need to register each guest that is staying in the room/unit.
- You need to send one form per room for a multi-room booking.
What options are there for sending the registration form?
Email Registration link
- You can send the link to the guest directly.
- You need to have an email address on the guest's profile to do this.

Copy Registration link
- You can generate a link and paste it in an email, WhatsApp or SMS.
- The link will automatically go onto your computer's clipboard and you can just paste it into a message to send to the guest.
