Once you have confirmed a booking and the deposit has been paid, you can send an online guest registration form to your guest. When the form is complete, the guest profile on your system will be updated with the information.
You can either trigger the emails individually or you can set to send the registration emails automatically one day before check-in at 17:00. Please look at our tutorial on How to email a link to Online Guest Registration automatically if you want more information on how to do this.
Log into the Owner's Login

Click on the booking
Send the registration email
- Make sure that you have entered an email address into the guest details.
- Click to Email registration link.
- You will get a notification that the email was sent successfully.
- Click Ok.
The guest will receive an email from you with the online registration link.
The guest can complete the registration form.
