Keeping track of your payments shouldn't be stressful. The Transactions Page is your central spot to view all online payment transactions handled by NightsBridge Pay or your connected payment gateway. Whether you need to verify if a guest's credit card transaction was successful, filter your payments by status for a specific month, or match a payment to a specific Booking ID, this guide will show you exactly where to look. We will walk you through how to understand your transaction data and download your records, helping you manage your cash flow with confidence.
Understanding Your Transactions
When you open the Transactions page, you will see a clear, organised list of all your online payments. Here is what each piece of information means for your business:
- Pay ID: A unique ID number assigned to each transaction so you can easily track it down.
- Date: Exactly when the payment took place.
- Gateway: Which payment gateway processed the payment.
Quickly see who the payment belongs to - including:
- the Booking ID,
- your guest's last name, and
- their arrival date.
Additionally, you will see:
- Success?: A simple confirmation of whether the transaction went through without a hitch.
- Amount: The total amount of the transaction.
- Status: The current stage of the payment, so you are never left guessing.
Taking Action: Helpful Tools on the Page

- Find past records: Click the 'Select Month' field to look back at payments from a specific month or year.
- Zoom in on what matters: Use 'Filter by Status' to refine your search and look at just one specific payment status.
- Jump to booking details: Clicking on any Booking ID will take you straight to the Booking & Payment Status page for that specific guest.
Our tools also help you:
- Download your data: Click the 'Excel' button to download all your transaction data as a CSV file—perfect for handing over to your accountant.
- Verify a credit card: Use the 'Card Checker' button, which safely opens the Binlist site so you can confirm a guest's credit card information.
- Get a copy for yourself: Click the 'Envelope' icon to easily resend the payment confirmation email to yourself.
