Transactions Page Overview

Your Transactions Page presents all online payment transactions facilitated by NightsBridge Pay or your connected payment gateway. It provides all the information relevant to each transaction along with booking information, and the ability to filter by payment status for a specific period of time.

Transactions

Within the the Transactions page you're provided with a list of online transactions.

The following information is provided for each transaction:

  1. Pay ID -  a unique ID number assigned to the transaction
  2. Date - the date of the transaction
  3. Gateway - the gateway that processed the payment
  4. Booking Information - the booking ID, guest last name and arrival date
  5. Success? - confirmation of the transaction
  6. Amount - the transaction amount
  7. Status - the current status of the transaction

On the Transactions page, clicking on the:

  1. 'Select Month' field lets you select the month or year.
  2. 'Filter by Status' allows you to refine your search to a specific payment status.
  3. Booking ID will direct you to the Booking & Payment Status page for the booking.
  4. 'Excel' button will download the transaction data as a CSV file.
  5. 'Card Checker' button will open a the Binlist site where you can confirm credit card information.
  6. 'envelope' icon will resend the confirmation email to yourself.
