How to view payments from booking channels on your channel invoices

Payments for bookings from from channels - where NightsBridge facilitates the payment - are available to view directly on NightsBridge. You view these channel (CAPS) payments and download invoices.

1. Confirm the payment status

Find the booking

Go to 'Payments & Invoices

  • Select 'Payments & Invoices' on HOME

Confirm the transaction status

An invoice related to a channel booking payment will only be available once the payment has been paid to you.

  • Locate the booking and confirm the payment status
    • The status should be 'Paid to you'

2. View the channel invoice

Go to Channel Invoices

  1. Select 'Channel Invoices'
  2. Locate the booking of the invoice you want to view
  3. Click on the printer icon to open the channel invoice
    • A PDF version of the invoice will open.

Viewing the payment break

A breakdown of the payment is available on your Payment Recon.

  1. Select 'Payment Recon'
  2. Adjust the dates as required, if needed
  3. Click on the arrow to expand the transfer details
  4. View the breakdown of the payment.
