Payments for bookings from from channels - where NightsBridge facilitates the payment - are available to view directly on NightsBridge. You view these channel (CAPS) payments and download invoices.
1. Confirm the payment status
Find the booking
Go to 'Payments & Invoices
- Select 'Payments & Invoices' on HOME
2. View the channel invoice
Go to Channel Invoices
- Select 'Channel Invoices'
- Locate the booking of the invoice you want to view
- Click on the printer icon to open the channel invoice
- A PDF version of the invoice will open.
