How to Choose When NightsBridge Pays You Out

We know that keeping your cash flow running smoothly is one of the most important parts of managing your property. That is why we let you choose exactly when your NightsBridge payouts arrive. Whether you prefer a steady stream of payments or a neat monthly lump sum, setting up your perfect payout schedule is incredibly easy.

Understanding your payout options:

Just keep in mind: We don't process payments on weekends or public holidays.

Default (Every 2 to 3 days):

  • If you like your funds flowing in regularly, this is the option for you.
  • We process these payouts about two days after the guest's payment is processed.
    • So Thursday, Friday, and weekend payments usually head your way on Monday or Tuesday!

Weekly:

  • Prefer to do your admin once a week? You can ask us to pay you out on one specific day every single week.

Monthly:

  • If you prefer a clean, once-a-month reconciliation, you can choose to receive your payout on either the first or last working day of the month.

A quick tip on clearance times:

We process our payouts through our Netcash account. Depending on who you bank with, the funds might just take an extra day or two to clear and reflect in your own bank account.

How to quickly update your payout schedule:

Step 1:

  1. Simply click to expand your Property Menu and
  2. select 'Payment & Banking'.

Step 2:

On your Payment Settings page, look for the 'Payout Settings' section and click on the 'Payment Frequency' drop-down menu.

Step 3:

Select whichever frequency works best for your business.

  • If you choose Weekly or Monthly, you will be able to select your exact preferred day from the additional options provided.
