You can view your channel payments from NightsBridge and retrieve invoices from your Owner's Login.

View channel payment status
Click Payments in the menu on the left.
The payment status of the channel payment will be under Transactions.
- The statuses can be:
- Please be patient, the channel needs to process your payment.
- Waiting for authorisation or cancellation of booking.
- Voucher confirmation received.
- Money transferred from NightsBridge to your account.
- Booking cancelled or disputed.
View channel invoice
Click Channel Invoices
In the list of invoices, click the View Invoice button (printer icon).
A PDF version of the invoice will open.
