PayBridge is NightsBridge's simple and secure solution for automating online payments without a card machine and it can be used manually for the balance of the guest's bill that can be processed via Paybridge. It can replace the desktop credit card machine with a virtual, online version. Banks are phasing out manual processing on credit card machines without the physical card being present.

Automatic processing saves time
- Deposits are automatically deducted from the guest’s credit card before arrival according to your deposit policy.
- Virtual cards are automatically processed - no need to find card details, remind yourself to swipe on a certain day or work out which amount to enter.
- No manual credit card payments are needed, lessening your card security risk significantly.
Get the booking balance before arrival, automatically
- PayBridge can be set up to request the outstanding balance for a booking a set number of days before arrival, through a 3D secure payment link. You'll get an email to let you know the payment was made. The payment will also show up on the booking inside BridgeIT.
Effortless online check-out and account settlement
- Send your guests a link to an online check-out page (via email, WhatsApp or SMS). On the link your guest will see their account and can make payment via credit card or EFT (depending on your settings). Easy, without spending unnecessary time at your front desk.
Secure environment
- The credit card details are always stored securely in a vault after processing. You will not have the security risk of storing these numbers.
- Transactions made through 3D Secure are protected from charge-backs for fraud. So you won't need to get any extra documents from your guests.
To qualify for PayBridge you need:
- A South African bank account.
- Your currency set as ZAR.
- A check-in procedure which includes getting a signature on the PayBridge slip.
