Bookings	Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge They also work with many on-request partners
Content: Listing	You will need to provide I-Escape with your content (descriptions and images) so that they can create your listing. When your content or photos change, please contact I-escape directly to update your listing.
Payments	The guest enters their card details to confirm the booking. Payment must be taken based on your deposit policy set up with I-Escape.
Refunds	Contact I-Escape directly if you have queries on refunds
Countries/Currencies	I-Escape operates in 50 countries worldwide
Commission	Standard is 15% or 20% commission + annual fee (depends on hotel agreement with I-Escape
Rates	NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to I-Escape. VAT and commission payable to I-Escape must be included in your rates. I-Escape can only accept one rate from NightsBridge, regardless of whether room types are set up with Unit or Per Person Sharing pricing. I-Escape can only accept single or double rates For single rooms, NightsBridge sends the single rate to I-Escape. For double room or bigger, NightsBridge will send the double rate. If you have per person sharing pricing and the room accommodates more than 2 guests, update the no. of guests on I-Escape directly to 2 to avoid bookings made at incorrect rates. For unit-priced rooms, NightsBridge will send the Unit rate
Specials and packages	Specials and packages need to be set up directly with I-Escape
Policies	Set up directly with I-Escape: Deposit and cancellation policy. Child policy. Updated by NightsBridge: Minimum stays
How to cancel your link	Contact NightsBridge if you would like to cancel your link to I-Escape. You will need to contact I-Escape directly to cancel your listing.
