Which NightsBridge features update in Agoda?

Based on the way Agoda is structured, NightsBridge can automatically update many features in Agoda and certain features manually. There are also some features which you need to manage directly with Agoda.

We have listed the specific features based on their update method so that your information is kept accurate.

NightsBridge features which are automatically updated in Agoda

These features will update automatically in Agoda once NightsBridge has been changed.  

  • These features include:
    • Unit Rates
    • Rates for 1st, 2nd person and a full rate for the room type
    • Rate Discounts: Basic
    • Rate Discounts: Rate Grid
    • Inventory changes on your calendar
    • Close outs
    • Minimum stays
    • Minimum stay call off period

NightsBridge features which we manually update for you in Agoda

We will update these features for you in Agoda once NightsBridge has been changed.

  • If you change these features in NightsBridge, please let us know so that we can get Agoda updated for you.
  • These manual changes can take between 24-48 working hours to complete and are done during working hours.
  • These features include:
    • Meal plans
    • Rate categories
    • Rooms

NightsBridge features which need to be managed by you directly on Agoda

These features do not update from NightsBridge to Agoda.

  • When you change this information in NightsBridge, please make sure you also update it in Agoda so that the information is always the same between the two systems.
  • Errors which arise because information has not been updated can take up to 48 working hours to resolve if we need to send the issue to Agoda.
  • These features include:
    • Rate Discounts: Last Minute
    • Rate Discounts: Early Bird
    • Extra bed policy when there are more than 3 guests
    • Currency. (If the currency is not the same, you will need to create an STO for Agoda in the currency that Agoda uses for your establishment)
    • Terms and Conditions
    • Deposit/Cancellation policy
    • Minimum advance (Same day settings)
    • Child policy and rates
    • Room Type Names and Max Occupanciss
    • Payment settings (credit card only /credit card and EFT / EFT only)
    • Additional Property photos and facilities.
