How to process an ePass booking on Agoda.

What is ePass?

ePass is an Electronic Payment Administration Self Service platform which offers the following features:

  • Manage payment transactions for accommodation partners.
  • Automated invoicing and dispute system for hotel partners.

How to process a payment with ePass

Please note: You can only process payment on the day of departure

1. Open Current Transactions on Agoda

  • Login to your Agoda account
  • On the tabs above click on ePass
  • Click on Current transactions

2. Select the bookings to be charged

  • Check the tick-box in the Approved column on the booking you want to be charged.

NOTE: All chargeable bookings will be automatically selected as Approved by default.

IMPORTANT: Make sure only the booking that is ticked is the one you are wanting to process.

3. Submit the selected bookings and receive the card details

  • Click Next to proceed.
  • You will see the booking details with the amount listed on the right.
  • Click on "Submit" to receive the card details for the booking.

4. Card details will be displayed in the below image

When you take the card details from Agoda Epass and transact it via PayBridge,                  

Agoda does not require our clients to collect any authorisation documentation for Epass transactions. This is because the payment is processed on Agoda's card, not the guests credit card.
