Hotelbeds: Payments

The are two contracting models available through Hotelbeds. The contracting model impacts the way payments are handled.

Information on payments is displayed in the Notes on the Booking in the NightsBridge Calendar. It is also included on the email booking confirmation from NightsBridge, and on Bookings>Recent Bookings on your Owner's Login.

NightsBridge Virtual Credit Card Model

  • In this model, Hotelbeds selects certain properties who have opted into NightsBridge"s Corps and Agents 20%.
  • Hotelbeds will provide NightsBridge with a virtual card which will be swiped through PayBridge and deposited into your bank account linked to PayBridge.
  • The amount less commission is paid 1-2 days after the guest has checked out.
  • The Virtual card is activated on the "activation date" which is included in the booking notes.

Contract directly with Hotelbeds

  • In this model, Hotelbeds negotiates with the property directly on a rate plan that the property is comfortable with and aligns with their business plan.
  • You will be required to submit your booking invoice on Hotelbeds extranet "Maxiroom" on the day of checkout.
  • Hotelbeds settles between 30-45 days after the submission of the invoice.
  • If you encounter any issues with submitting the invoice or do not know how to, you can contact your Hotelbeds Account Manager to take you through this process.

International properties

  • The property needs to provide Hotelbeds with a swift invoice to receive payment.
  • Hotelbedsare willing to pay into foreign bank accounts, however, any potential fees incurred will be for the property's account.
