Keeping your property's information secure is an essential part of running a smart business. Whether you recently shared your login with a staff member or you are simply practicing good online security, updating your password takes just a few seconds.
A quick note on security: Updating this password will directly change the main 'admin' login for your property.
Step 1: Open your security settings
- Simply click to expand your Property Menu
- and select 'Users & Security'.
Step 2: Choose your new password
Click the 'Change Password' tab.
Type in your current old password, and then enter your brand-new one (making sure to type it in twice to confirm).
Just keep in mind that your new password must be at least 6 characters long and different from your old one!
- A quick tip on password security:
To keep your account as safe as possible, try to use a long password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. And remember, it is always best practice to create a unique password that you don't reuse anywhere else, and to never share it!
Finally, click 'Update'. A quick pop-up will appear to let you know your new password is safely locked in.
Updating your team's access
When needed, just hop over to the 'Manage Users' tab.
