How to Reset Your NightsBridge Password

We know that between managing your guests and running a busy property, forgetting a password happens to the best of us! Getting safely back into your NightsBridge account is incredibly simple.

Here is how to quickly reset your password and get back to business:

A quick note on security:

Resetting this password updates your main 'admin' login for your property. Because this password holds the keys to your system, please make sure to keep your new password perfectly safe!

Step 1: Request your reset link

Head over to our website at site.nightsbridge.com and click on 'Login' in the top right corner.

Simply click the 'Forgot Password?' button.

Type in your BBID and click 'Submit'. A quick notification will pop up to let you know your reset link is successfully on its way!

Step 2: Check your email

Hop over to your email inbox and look for the password reset email from us.

Once it arrives, just click the secure link provided inside.

Step 3: Create your new password

Enter your brand-new password, making sure to type it exactly the same way in both fields.

Click 'Reset'.

Once that is done, simply click 'Back to Login' and you can hop straight back into your account!
