Keeping your financial and property information completely secure is a crucial part of running a smart business. To make sure nobody can accidentally change your banking details without your permission, NightsBridge uses a secure One-Time Pin (OTP) system.
A quick tip on security:
We highly recommend that the owner of the property uses their own personal contact details for these OTP settings. This ensures that you always stay in complete control of who has access to your most sensitive information!
Step 1: Open your security settings
- Simply click to expand your Property Menu
- and select 'Users & Security' from the drop-down.
Step 3: Verify it is really you
Before you can change these sensitive settings, we just need to make sure it is really you!
Choose whether you would like us to send a quick verification code to your email or your phone, and then click 'Generate Code'.
Step 4: Enter your code
Check your email or phone for the code.
- Type it into the Security Code box
- and click 'GO'.
A quick heads-up:
For your security, this code is only valid for 15 minutes!
Step 5: Update your contact details
Now you can easily update the email addresses or phone numbers for two important alerts:
- Banking Details: This is the person who will receive an OTP if anyone tries to change your bank details.
- OTP Management: This is the person who will receive an OTP if anyone tries to change these security settings again.
Once you have popped in the right details, simply click 'Save'!
