Clearly providing the any additional terms and conditions help manage the guests expectation. It communicates important information before a booking is made.
Adding or updating the deposit and cancellation policies
- Select 'Rates & Rules' from the Main Menu
- Select 'Policies'
The Policies page will open on the General Policies tab.
Update your policies
- Set the Check-In and Check-Out times - click on the fields to add the time, and toggling the switch from 'am' to 'pm' as needed.
- Use the provided field to include any additional conditions that may apply to bookings at your property.
- Click 'Save' when done.
Policies and booking channels
While NightsBridge will always make this information (policies, descriptions and photos) available to your connected channels, we cannot enforce that these are applied to your listing(s) with the specific booking channel.
It is always recommended to check your property and policy information directly with the connected booking channels.
