How to update the Check-In & Check-Out times and your Booking Terms & Conditions

Providing any additional terms and conditions help manage the guests expectation. Use the Terms & Conditions section to communicate important information before a booking is made.

Go to 'Policies'

  • Select 'Rates & Rules' from the Main Menu
  • Select 'Policies'
    The Policies page will open on the General Policies tab.

Update your Check-in and Check-out times

  1. Set the Check-In and Check-Out times - click on the fields to add the time, and toggling the switch from 'am' to 'pm' as needed.
  2. Include your check-in and check-out times within your Terms & conditions by typing them into the field

Setting the check-in & out times in your policies and including them within your terms & conditions increases the visibility of this information.

Update any additional terms and conditions

  1. Use the provided field to include any additional conditions that may apply to bookings at your property.
  2. Click 'Save' when done.

Save & Publish

  • Go to Setup via the Main Menu.
  • Publish your changes by clicking on the 'Publish' button.
    Confirmation will display in green.

Policies and booking channels

While NightsBridge will always make this information (policies, descriptions and photos) available to your connected channels, we cannot enforce that these are applied to your listing(s) with the specific booking channel.

It is always recommended to check your property and policy information directly with the connected booking channels.
