Clearly providing the booking deposit and cancellation policies help manage the guests expectation. It communicated information relating to what deposit payment is required, when and how. You can add and update the booking terms and conditions your NightsBridge Setup. The policies for deposit and cancellation can be set to automatically reflect recommended industry standards, or you can write your own.
Adding or updating the deposit and cancellation policies
via Home
Scroll down to 'Policies & Restrictions'.
- Click on the 'Policies' button.

The Policies page will open on the General Policies tab.
Select 'Polices'
General Policies
- Set the check-in and check-out times by clicking on the fields to select the hour, indicate whether its on the hour for half past the hour, and toggling the switch to am or pm as needed.
- Use the provided free-type field to include any additional conditions that may apply to bookings at your property.
- Click 'Save' when done.

While NightsBridge will always make this information (policies, descriptions and photos) available to your connected channels, we cannot enforce that these are applied to your listing(s) with the specific booking channel.
It is always recommended to check your property and policy information directly with the connected booking channels.
