If you want to keep track of how many bookings you get from a particular website, marketing campaign or source, you can set up a different booking link. This is an additional link to use on on other companies' websites or if you would like to track how many bookings came from a particular marketing campaign. It does not replace the links for your existing channels.
Create a rate sheet in your Setup
- You will need to create an additional rate sheet. This is done in the same way as you would make a new STO rate sheet.
- In the example below, the STO 10 Rate sheet was created to link to this booking link.
Contact NightsBridge to activate the Alternative source on your NightsBridge account
Contact NightsBridge when you have created you alternative source rate sheet.
Link your created rate plan in Web Info
Once the NightsBridge consultant has activated your alternative source you will be able to link it:
- Click on Web Info > Web rates.
- Note that the Alternative source is a channel that is now available to choose.
- Select the rate sheet you created for your preferred source.
- Save your changes.
Update this URL to make your Alternative Source bookable
- Click on this link https://book.nightsbridge.com/xxxx?nbid=563 to open in your internet browser.
- Replace the xxxxx with your BBID number.
- Press enter to save the link.
Share your Alternative Source link
- This is link can be shared on other companies' websites, Travel Agents or Tour operators or if you would like to track how many bookings came from a particular marketing campaign.
- Any bookings made from this link will have the source (alternative source), which you can use to track how many bookings and revenue you got from this source.
Track your bookings
In the Owner's Login, you will be able to track your bookings under Hits/Statistics.
