How to contact a guest using the NightsBridge App on Android

You can call, send a SMS or email a guest from the NightsBridge App.

Choose the Booking

1. Click on the date of the booking.

2. Click on the booking.

Click on the guest's name

How do you want to contact the guest?

Click on Call.

  • The number captured for the guest will show on your Call App.
  • Click on the call icon to phone the guest.

Click on SMS.

  1. The number will display in a draft message in your Message App.
  2. Type in the message you want to send the guest.
  3. Click the Enter icon to send the message.

Click on Email.

Choose the Email App you would like to use. In this example, we are using Gmail.

  1. The email address will display in a draft message.
  2. Add the subject of the message you want to send the guest.
  3. Type in the message you want to send the guest.
  4. Click the Enter icon to send the message.
Congratulations, you are done!
