How to change the status of a booking using the NightsBridge App on Android

Booking Statuses show you what action is required on a booking.  Booking Statuses can be changed on the NightsBridge App. Any changes made on the App are updated real-time on your NightsBridge system.

Open the NightsBridge App on your Android device.

Choose the booking that you want to update

  1. Select the date of the booking which you want to change.
  2. Choose the specific booking.

In this example, we want to change the booking on 14 March 2022 made by Anne Parker.

Change the booking status

  • Click on the drop down arrow for Status.
  • The status options will be shown.
  • Choose the status you want to apply to the booking.
  • The status change will automatically save once you have selected it.

Both Provisional and Reserved with Auto Expire statuses default to 48 hours from the time selected.

If you want to change the time that the reminder appears (Provisional), or when the booking is cancelled (Auto Expire), please change it on your NightsBridge system.
