How to change the person who made a booking using the NightsBridge App on Android

If a booking is made by a travel agent or a company on behalf of a guest, the person who manages the booking may change. You will then need to update this new information on the booking.

You can change the Made By details via your NightsBridge App.The update done to the Made By name on the NightsBridge App is immediately live on your NightsBridge system.

Open the NightsBridge App from your Android device.

Select the booking

1. Tap on the date of the booking.

2. Choose the relevant room. In this example, we want to change the details from Anne Parker for the booking in Room 3 on 14 March.

Choose the Made By details

Tap on the Made By details.

Choose Change Made By.

Update the person who made the booking

Has the Made By person booked with you before?

Click the person icon to add information for a new person.

  1. Add the details of the new Made By person.
  2. Tap to SAVE.

The details of the new Made By person will update in the booking.  In this example, Roger Adams is now recorded as the person who made the booking.

  • Type in any of these fields to search for the Made By person's information:
    • First Name
    • Surname
    • Company name
    • Phone number
  • People who match this information will show on the screen.
  • Tap on the correct person.
  • The person's stored contact details will populate the fields.
  • Tap to SAVE.
