How to move a booking to a different room using the NightsBridge App on Android

You can move a booking to a different room on the Android NightsBridge App while you're away from your computer if you need shuffle your bookings around to free up availability.

The room change done on the NightsBridge App is immediately live on your NightsBridge system.

Open the NightsBridge App from your Android device.

Choose the booking that you want to move

  1. Select the date of the booking.
  2. Choose the booking you would like to update.

Select the room you would like to move

If there is more than one room on the booking, you can slide to the left to choose the correct room.

Change the room

  • Click to Change Room.
  • Rooms that have availability for the booking dates will be listed.
  • Choose the new room. In this example we want to change the booking from Room 3 to Room 4.
  • Click YES to confirm the room change.
  • The room details will be updated.

Your availability will be updated on all the channels you connect to through NightsBridge.
