How to add a room to a booking using the NightsBridge App on Android

If a guest calls you and asks you to add another room to their booking you'll need to allocate another room, making it a multi-room booking. You can do this while on the move using the NightsBridge App.

The room change done on the NightsBridge App is immediately live on your NightsBridge system.

Open the NightsBridge App on your Android device.

Choose the booking that you want to add a room to

  1. Select the date of the booking.
  2. Choose the booking for which you would like to add a room.

Click on the current room

Click on Add Room

Choose the new room (s) you want to add to the booking

  • Tick the room(s) you want to add. In this example we want to add Room 4 to the booking.
  1. Tick the meal plan.
  2. Choose how many people will be booked in the room.
  3. Click SAVE.

Availability updated

  • The booking has been updated with the room.
  • Swipe left to see all the rooms attached to the booking.

The calendar list will also show you the rooms in the booking.
