How to change the dates on a booking on the NightsBridge App using iPhone

You can change the dates of a booking on the Android NightsBridge App if you receive a request to amend booking dates while you are away from your computer.

Any date change done on the NightsBridge App is immediately live on your NightsBridge system.

First, open the NightsBridge App on your Android device.

Choose the booking that you want to move.

  1. Select the date of the booking with the dates which need to be changed.
  2. Choose the relevant booking.

In this example, we want to change the booking for 11 May 2022 for Hazel Atkinson in the Grey Room.

Change the dates of the booking

There are two ways you can change the date of the booking.

Change the date using the Arrive or Depart date

  • Click on the Arrive or Depart field to change the arrival or leaving date. In this example we want to change the arrival date.

 

  • Select a new date in the Calendar. In this example we are changing the arrival date to 12 May 2022.
  • Click on DONE to confirm the date.
  • Click  to SAVE your date change.

Change the date using the number of nights

  • Click on the Nights field.
  • Scroll up/down to increase or decrease the number of nights booked.
  • Click on DONE.
  • Click to SAVE your changes.

In this example, the booking has been changed from departure on 15 May 2022 to arriving on 14 May 2022.
