How to change the status of a booking using the NightsBridge App on iPhone

Booking Statuses show you what action is required on a booking.  Booking Statuses can be changed on the NightsBridge App. Any changes made on the App are updated real-time on your NightsBridge system.

Open the NightsBridge App on your iOS device.

Choose the booking that you want to update.

  1. Select the date of the booking which you want to change.
  2. Choose the specific booking.

In this example, we want to change the booking on 11 May 2022 made by Hazel Atkinson.

Change the booking status

  • Click on the Status box.
  • The status options will be shown.
  • Choose the status you want to apply to the booking.
  • Press "Done".
  • Press on "Yes" to confirm the status change.

Both Provisional and Reserved with Auto Expire statuses default to 48 hours from the time selected.

If you want to change the time that the reminder appears (Provisional), or when the booking is cancelled (Auto Expire), please change it on your NightsBridge system.
