When you have a multi-room booking, you may need to cancel one of the rooms if the guest no longer wants it. You can do this on the NightsBridge App.
Any changes made on the App are updated real-time on your NightsBridge system.
Open the NightsBridge App on your iPhone.
Choose the booking
- Select the date of the booking.
- Choose the booking.
- The booking details will open.
- The room count shows the number of rooms booked. In this example, rooms 1 and 2 are booked so the room count is 2.
Click on the room you would like cancel
- Swipe to the left or right on the Rooms to view other rooms booked.
- In this example we are canceling Room 2.
- Tap on the room to open the room menu.
Cancel the room
- Tap to Cancel Room.
- You will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the room.
- Tap YES to confirm.
- The room will be canceled from the booking. In this example there were 2 rooms booked. The room count now shows 1.
