How to change the guest on a room using the NightsBridge App on iPhone

Sometimes, companies or agents make a provisional booking and they may not the guest's details yet. Later, they may contact  you with the guest's details and you'll need to enter the information into the booking.

The guest details can be changed on the NightsBridge App. Any changes  made on the App are updated real-time on your NightsBridge system.

Open the NightsBridge App on your iPhone.

Choose the Booking

  1. Click on the date of the booking.
  2. Choose the room you where you want to make the change.

Click on the guest name

In this example, we are changing the guest on this booking from Kayla Josh to Tom Riddle.

Choose Change Guest.

Is the guest staying with you for the first time or have they stayed with you before?

Click on add guest icon.

 

  1. Add this mandatory information:
    • First Name of the person booking
    • Surname of the person booking
  2. Add this recommended information:
    • Title of the person booking.
    • Company name (if relevant)
    • Phone number of the guest
    • Booking notes to use as notes for yourself
  3. Click on Save.

The new guest will be updated in the booking.

  • Type in any of these fields to search for the guest's information:
    • First Name
    • Surname
    • Company name
    • Phone number
  • Guests who match this information will show on the screen.
  • Tap on the correct guest.
  • The guest's stored details will populate the fields.

Click on Yes to change the guest.

The new guest will be updated in the booking.

Congratulations, you are done!
