We recommend that the owner of the property uses their details for the Security OTP management and banking details. This way, only the owner can control who has access to this sensitive information. There may be a situations when you need to change the OTP contact details. This could be if someone needs else to be able to view card details for check-in purposes or if the property is sold and the new owner needs to get the OTP.
