How to change my password

You may need to change your password for numerous reasons - your shared it (even briefly) or you've noticed unusual activity. Regardless, changing you password is good security practice. This tutorial will guide you through the process of changing your NightsBridge login password.

Note: Changing this password will change your admin password.

To change your User passwords, see the section below on Changing User Passwords

Select 'Users & Security'

  1. Click on your Property Menu
  2. Select 'Users & Security'

Change your password

Click 'Change Password'

Enter your new password.

  1. Type in your old password
  2. Type in your new password.
  3. Re-enter your new password again.
  4. Click on 'Update'.

Your new password must contain at least 6 characters and be different from the old password.

A pop-up will confirm the password change.

Since you've successfully updated your admin password, should you have other NightsBridge users, consider changing their user passwords as well.

Changing User Passwords

  • Click on the 'Manage Users' tab.
  1. Click on the users name to display the 'Add/Edit User' panel.
  2. Use the Password field to change the User Password
  3. Click on the 'Save' button.

A confirmation will display.

  • Combine uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
