How to view NightsBridge Tap transactions

NightsBridge Tap transactions are automatically recorded on the booking.

Transactions can be viewed via the 'View Payment Status & Booking History'.

How to process a reversal

NightsBridge Tap is able to process payment reversals until 23:59 on the same day or the original transaction.

  • This is the same restriction placed on normal card machines since these would automatically settle (bank) their transactions daily at midnight.

Go to the Booking & Payment Status

Go to the Booking Details of the respective booking.

  • Click on 'View Payment Status & Booking History'.

Identify the payment you want to reverse.

  • Click on the 'Reverse card' icon.

Confirm the reversal details.

  • Click on 'Reverse'

A confirmation will display.

  • Click on 'Finish'

The reversal transaction will be recorded on NightsBridge.

  • It will display on the Booking & Payment Status page and be flagged by the Reversal/Refund status in red.
Processing a refund

A refund would need to be processed if the day of the original payment transaction has passed.

While NightsBridge Tap can process reversals on the same day as the original transactions, refunds would need to be managed with the guest directly.

  • We recommend contacting the guest to arrange a refund by EFT/bank transfer.
